Community & Social Participation Assistance with social, economic, and community participation including group and centre-based activities that connect participants with recreational and community life.
Transport & Travel Assistance with travel and transport arrangements to support participants in getting where they need to go.
Household Tasks Support to help participants maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
Daily Living & Life Skills Development Assistance with or supervision of personal tasks of daily life, focused on building skills so participants can live as autonomously as possible.
Innovative Community Participation Assisting or supervising participants to engage in community, social, recreational, or economic activities — and supporting personal tasks of daily life to enable greater independence.
Group & Shared Living Support Assistance with or supervision of daily life tasks in a shared living arrangement, promoting autonomy and wellbeing in a supported environment.
